The Purple Pledge is our promise to treat our clients, our audience, and our communities with dignity, compassion, and inclusion. It’s a standard we live by and encourage the businesses we work with to uphold as well.

We proudly do not partner with or promote content that spreads hate, discrimination, or violence of any kind — including against race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or identity.

Our Commitment:

We treat every client and project with the utmost respect. In return, we ask that our staff and collaborators be treated the same.
If disrespectful, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior occurs, we will initiate a conversation to find a resolution. If that cannot be reached, we will respectfully part ways.

The Purple Pledge:

“I will not use my hands or words in acts of bullying, hazing, sexual assault, or other forms of violence.
I will educate myself and others about what violence looks like in our communities.
I will support my peers and safely intervene as an active bystander if I witness acts of harm.”
